![]() I've been using Real Guitar from Music Lab for about two and a half years. I'm getting beyond decent performances with this software which can be used in a wide variety of music genres. The gear and software are as stable as it can be. The software works good in this configuration, everything is well settled without any type of mistakes or errors The typical functions are manageable trough a nice guitar windows that emulates the strum and the chords if you're using any. The general configuration and setup is pretty easy and it doesn't require a huge amount of time. The manual included with this program is very good, it describes perfectly the relation between your daw if you're using as a Vst and the program itself. The program works on any platform either Windows XP, Windows Seven or MAC OS, so compatibility issues isn't a real problem. Knowing what I know, I would get this software again, I really like the design, the manual included is great, everything works fine. I've tried several models, however Real Guitar stays on top from me, even if the size isn't so big like other guitar vst. I also like the included rhythm patterns that you can use in your songs and the fact that it has plenty of presets genre based. Precision and quality of the sound is amazing, I was surprised when I first tried this program, very realistic strum, sound and timbre. So a pretty cheap product that has a lot of features and bring a lot of realism to your guitar strums. My opinion about the value for the price is great, is costs not much, around 250$ you can find on the net, and the upgrades from previous versions around 25 $. I really like the strokes, FX, articulations that are displayed in the Info bar, the added chords like Sus2, Maj7/9, 6/9, m7/11 and other cool articulations like tapping, legato, string select, slide up and slide down.Īnother unique feature is the unique Struminator technology, including Smart Strum, Smart Strings, Color Tab modes that add realism and color to your guitar strums. Musiclab Real Guitar 3 combines a whole new technology based on real guitar samples. The software is stable and I haven't encountered any problems while working with it for about 4 months and a couple of years with older versions. The software works very good in this configuration. The typical functions are easy to spot, well designed, great guide provided with the soft. ![]() ![]() The general setup is very simple, nothing really complex, it usually takes about a couple of minutes. The manual provided by Music Lab is very easy to understand, great positioning of the information, great book and detailed. No compatibility issues found while using this program called RealGuitar.
